Damn OPKs!

First month using clomid. Last pill was taken sunda 10/08/17. I know you won’t ovulate for 5-10 days after the last pill. But I’ve been getting stretchy EWCM with a little creamy color in it. Then sometimes it’s completely clear. That’s already confusing enough to me. I usually bleeding every other week, so far no bleeding so I think the clomid may be working. I’m taking it for PCOS. My question is, can I get a false negative LH surge?
