Help a confused lady out!

So this is our first month of ttc and we did the deed multiple times every day of my fertile days (according to this app). Now it's 9dpo and for the last week I've had mild cramping, some random twinges of pain in that area, nausea and fatigue. I've taken 2 test with bfn, but it's still super early. I've had ovarian cysts for several years now, but I can't remember them ever feeling like this. Anyone else with similar experiences and what was the outcome?
