Bleeding after sex?

So I had sex 5 times already with my with my boyfriend in the past month...and we had sex again today and when he put it in it hurt...we changed positions and it help but I still felt a little pain and then I realized later I was bleeding. I thought maybe my hymen ripped a little more...but now I have bloody discharge? So idk....

How would I know it’s my hymen

And what else could this be if not...I got tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea and I don’t have that...
