help..

so I have this lump, and it's on my groin area on the right side. the pain started a few days ago but there was no bump. well I checked like an hour ago because it was still hurting and there was a decent sized bump that is under my skin on the right side of my public area.. I don't know what it could be. I can't get to the emergency room.. I spoke to a nurse and she wants me to talk to my doctor within 4 hours but I can't because they're only excepting emergency calls. and I don't know if this is an emergency. any clue what it could be. I could possibly be pregnant. but due to a hormonal imbalance I'm getting negative test, can't get into my doctor so I have no clue..... she kept asking about sickness, I was so sick the other day I couldn't walk but it was no wear near as bad the next day, I've been peeing like crazy. pretty much every pregnancy symptom and my period is a day late
