Help please!

Ladies I have a quick question, I’m late for my period by 10 days, but to give a short backstory I have had PCOS since I was 14 and my periods aren’t on time except for this year they have almost been right on the dot. All day today I’ve had small cramping on and off and then tonight when I went to the restroom there was bright light pink blood on the toilet paper, I put a tampon in just in case and now 3 hours later all there was on the tampon was brown? Am I pregnant? Is my period coming? Have any of you had this?! Very confused!!
