does anyone elses down there still sometimes feel as sore as it did the day after giving birth? here i am 9 weeks pp & still sometimes feels so uncomfortable & sore 😩

I’m almost 7 weeks PP and bleeding and soreness has steadily INCREASED last 2 weeks. Finally have my checkup this Thursday but ugh, it’s awful and I’m so nervous.

I only feel soreness when pushing to poop, idk if I'd even call it soreness. . more like an uncomfortable pressure feeling in my pubic bone.

I stopped getting sore for a long time and even had sex a week ago without a problem but my vagina was so sure yesterday out of nowhere! Baby is eight weeks. No idea why. If it happens again I'll run it by my midwives at my 12 week appointment.
