Sleep training help needed!
My daughter is about 4 and a half months and my doc has said we should start sleep training so she learns to go to bed on her own. I'm not a stay at home Mom, so routines during the day aren't within my total control. Any advice on how to sleep train and get her to go to sleep on her own without me having to rock/hold her to sleep?
