Need to vent out...

My husband mum is with us for holidays and he went out with her to get stuff in Lidl. I decided to stay home because not feeling well. When they are back I saw a catalogue and found they have onesie clothes. I told my husband that he could have gotten 9-12mos clothes because we don’t have any bigger clothes for our baby, she is only using 3-6 months clothes and my baby is now going 8mos and is on 97% of weight. As u can imagine she wont fit on size 68 clothes. So he told his mum and his mum was like, I gave u lot of used clothes from a friend, which of course I checked and sorted out. Some I managed to use still but some are quiet small already as my little girl is bit chunky. I said to her that they were small now and she looked at me in disbelief, like as if I just wanted new stuff for my baby. I am a practical mum and yes I will buy sometimes if it’s needed. Even her sleep suits she is using now are only 3-6 mos which are already so tight and my husband knew that we at least needed few 9-12 mos so at least she wont outgrow the clothes very quick. Sigh I don’t know. I even told my husband to let his mum check our baby’s wardrobe to see, plus I am not asking her to buy us a stuff. It’s more something I would have thought my husband should have done because he knows that we need few clothes by now. Anyhow, I will go get what my baby needs with or without his mum consent when I get my energy back. I hope I am not being too dramatic.
