Yeah my boobs sagged because I'm older and they were huge even before I ever got pregnant. Breastfeeding changed my nipples a bit but I don't think it had anything to do with sagging. That was all gravity.

My friends who stopped feeding early actually were the ones with saggy breasts because they fill up huge and then they let them dry up. When you feed it gives the breast time to shrink back down slowly as feeding lessens gradually over time. In saying that, a risk can be the constant filling up and emptying but this has apparently been proven to not make a difference, it’s the breast ducts going back to normal after feeding is done that causes the sagging. I definitely will be feeding as long as I can because my breasts were fine last time doing that
