Painful Cramps !

Hey Everyone... first post!

I was on nexaplon (birth control ) for two years. Its about a inch and a half and it was in my arm. It was very annoying so I had it removed last April.

Fast forward to July of this year. My period was coming on like usual, I usually have small cramps for two days before. The day it came on I was in excruciating pain. I took 6 ibuprofens and NOTHING happened. I was constipated and on the floor crying. I felt like death.

After it was all over I didn’t think too much of it. The next 3 cycles it was the same thing but not as bad for one day. This time it’s the same as July ! But instead of just constipation on the day it was the week before and during.

& I realize it was every 21 days and not 28.

I don’t have an OBGYN appointment until the 25th. I’m getting nervous thinking about what’s wrong. My close friend had infertility issues and had the same problem.. Anyone has had this problem ? Have any suggestion on what it might be ? I feel it could be because of the birth control. 😭
