Implantation pain maybe??

So I am 7dpiui and about 45 minutes ago I start having this god awful pelvic pain. It’s like pulling and stabbing. I know it’s not ovulation of course because I’ve tested everyday since and have been receiving negative opks for the last 3-4 days. I’ve read and heard that some ladies can feel implantation occur especially if they are really in tune with their body. I’ve never felt this before and don’t want to seem like I am micro assessing everything but this pain literally had me doubled over and it’s been coming and going since it started. Any advice please?!
