Ovulating?!?

This is my third round of Clomid. I’m currently on CD17. With Clomid has anyone noticed that they’re ovulating later than normal?. I normally never get a faint opk, let alone a positive. I always test during the 2nd week of my cycle because my dr told me I normally will ovulate around the 2nd week(CD13-14) if not then, probably earlier. but tonight I got a wild hair and decided to test and the faint line was almost as dark as the test line!! Is this normal?
