False labor or not??

Had sex at about 11pm and honestly at about 11:30pm i started having contractions and terrible lower back pain with them. They were inconsistent though 5mins, 8mins, 13mins apart but they were so painful I couldn't move when they came on, i had to just stay still until they pass. I almost wake my husband up to take me to l&d.; I timed them upon til 1:30am then they just stopped 😩🙄🤔 i am 39 weeks tomorrow so i was saying thank you lord I'm about to have this baby 😂😂. I think she is coming soon though. Probably the sex did something or maybe it's my mind caz i want to have this baby so badly.
