Did he lie about his test?

My husband claimed that the doctor told him his sperm count was fine but I found his results and it says his sperm count is 11 million , total motil count 20 million, and forward progression 2 . im no genius when it comes to this but ive done some research and isnt his sperm count and forward progression low???? Or does the total just matter

Maybe you should consider the reasons why he could have lied. Maybe you're putting a little too much pressure on him and you should be more supportive so he doesn't feel like he has to lie to you. You guys are a team and you work together as one. Seems like you're being a little too crazy about the sperm count thing, this post is too much.

The test itself should point out what's normal right next to his results, but it does seem like he's on the lower side.

Pride maybe?? My brother in law wouldn’t stop boasting about his self proclaimed super sperm after he and his now ex wife started fertility treatments. It had to make his ex feel like shit since it was obvious she was the problem. 
(They had a kid with the help of IUI and then she tried to run away with her before her second birthday. My BIL got custody.)
