Anyone else worried about how much hair they lose in the shower??

Is anyone else worried about the amount of hair they lose in the shower?!?! 😩
At this rate I feel like I should be bald by the end of the year 
Google says healthy people lose about 100 hairs a day but holy crap that sounds like a lot
Anyone else?? Does anyone do anything about it?

I used to worry about it, but I have really thick hair. I lose a lot more than anyone else I know. Lol.  
I have just accepted it as my life. It’s always been this way.

Yes!  I was losing my mind over it and counting hairs daily!  I was a madwoman lol. Omg yes!! It’s worse if you have your hair tied back all day, so keep that in mind. I stopped dying my hair about 2 years ago and try not to use heat as much on it and it’s gotten better. It got much worse after my son was born 7 years ago and I’m still not bald so it must not be too bad lol. It also looks like a lot more hair if your hair is long.
