Help.

I've been trying to conceive for a few months now, this would be the first month I use this app .. completely followed my fertility time and everything .. well it's been a week since I've ovulated.... obviously waiting til I miss my period to take a test but as I was just sitting on my couch, I had a very sharp pain in my cervix area, almost unbearable ... And my boobs are having like a cramping sensation, not really hurting but a tingly feeling almost... what the hell is going on? I think it would be to early to be having symptoms right ?
