Someone please help
Help pretty please, I’ve felt sick all day with indigestion / acid reflux and I can’t take it anymore I’m hungry n can’t eat anything because I feel so sick n everything will make it worse😩😭I’ve had gaviscon n it didn’t do anything for me, any tips? 😣💜 (23 weeks)
