Tips and tricks during FET process - please send me your advice

Hey ladies,

Looking for do & donts during the FET process. Went to see the doc today to discuss the quality of our frozen embryos (2 frozen). Currently on Estrace have my follow up ultrasound Sunday and she said possibly FET date could be October 30th. I'm so nervous and emotions obviously take over. I've been not having any caffeinated drinks ever since we started the egg retrieval process. I've gained weight from stress & depression (lack of going to the gym) trying to focus on my body so the transfer works. Any advice would be awesome! Thanks!
