Presence of morning sickness is correlated with lower chance of miscarriage but the reverse isn't true. Lack of morning sickness has NO relation to the chance of miscarriage. Some women just don't get morning sickness.

I never had any morning sickness at all. I had no symptoms of pregnancy whatsoever. I was 6 weeks before I even found out I was pregnant. I have had 3 miscarriages, and with two of them I had morning sickness, never too bad, and with one I didn’t have it.

Lack of MS can't raise the risk of miscarriage, but if the rapidly rising estrogen/hormones that causes MS is not occurring, it can. I didn't even have nausea until 3rd trimester. Think positive!

I haven't had a miscarriage, but I am almost done with my second pregnancy and I had zero morning sickness with either of my babies. They are both completely healthy and never had any issues during my pregnancies.

That is totally false. Some women just tolerate pregnancy better than others.

I have read that lack of morning sickness can be a bad sign and raise your risk of miscarriage. Now I'm freaking out because I dont have it. So for those of you that have had a miscarriage did you have morning sickness with that pregnancy?
