Received horrible news today but trying to be positive

I went for my follow up appointment with my fertility doctor today after two miscarriages in the last year. My husband's sample was great but my results weren't as good. The HSG went well but my FSH was 21 and my AMH was 0.3. He said we need to start working aggressively to get me pregnant. With my next period I will start injections to make me hopefully mature more than one egg and do an IUI. If that doesn't work I will start IVF on the next cycle. I'm glad he wants to get going right away and waste anytime but I'm afraid with my numbers I won't get any eggs or any good eggs. I'm confused cause I did get pregnant twice so how low can my reserve really be? The doctor said that my eggs could be of poor quality and that's why I miscarried both times. My husband is so positive and says it will all work out and we just need to have faith. I'm just so scared. I want to have a baby! A lady a work who had no idea of anything going on told me I'm going to be pregnant with twins soon. I hope she is right!
