I havnt felt baby move as often

I'm 23 weeks n I've felt at least one tap today but my baby a few days prior to this has been really active but these past few days she hasn't been moving as much as she usually does and today I havnt been as hungry as I usually am, is this normal or should I go to the hospital ?:/ I'm a ftm so idk if like 3 days of her not moving a lot is bad also last night she was kicking a few times but just today I havnt really felt her like before
