Do it! I’m lucky and have benefits that cover massages and chiropractor appointments so I go as regularly as I can and I’ve found having massages and chiropractic care very helpful for my back - especially as my belly has started to grow!

a prenatal massage is great! but you need to made sure they're trained properly, since there are things a masseuse can do that can harm baby (pushing too much on a certain area). you sound be able to call and find out. enjoy your massage!

Yep! I got one because I was having severe sciatic nerve pain. It didn’t help but it was delightful! I was pretty far along too. Over 20 weeks.

Just had one today and I'm 30 weeks. I found it through Groupon! I could definitely feel that I had a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck area, and my hips, especially with all the side sleeping. 
The place I got my massage at is allowing me to rebook another appointment at the same Groupon rate, so it's definitely affordable for me to go every other week until I deliver, maybe every week lol.

I got several prenatal massages during my pregnancy. not as good as the OG ones but it really helped my back and feet in the later stages!
