first time pregnancy!!

so i took my first two pregnancy tests 2 days ago, they were both positive! I'm not sure how far along i am.. my first Dr appointment is within the next couple of days, can anyone give me any tips or what to expect my first trimester or throughout my pregnancy in general? im only 18 years old. this will be my first born child. anything will help!
