Can’t breathe ??

30 weeks and lately ive been quite bothered that everytime I lay down ! And sometimes just sitting I find myself having a hard time breathing like shortness of breath! , anyone else experiencing this ???  
Side note: talked to my doctor and was told it’s completely normal 🤔🤷🏼‍♀️

Girl I am right with you. 30 weeks also and sitting up from laying down gets me winded. Or just laying in bed sometimes I feel myself trying to catch my breath, especially when I'm super full of food, I don't know what to do with myself.

I am with you. Almost 32 weeks and i hate that feeling. It sometimes “hurts” 😖 we have less than 10w to go! We can do it 🌸

Yesssss I was like this around 30w. Now I'm 36w and cannot sit-up anymore because I feel like I can't breathe🙄

Omg I was like this at like 17 weeks, like everything is moving upward you know, or it’s because our bodies work so hard during pregnancy to keep that baby healthy and your own selfS
