Any advise would be awesome!

I recently did several home pregnancy tests after I missed my period I got a faint line for positive then I did two clear blue Digital that both said Pregnant 1-2, I got a blood test down but I'm waiting to results and I had a ultrasound today because I should be 5 weeks according to my LMP. I have a history of endo so my Dr wanted to check that it was where it was supposed to be and not blocked in the tubes. Except when I had my ultrasound the technician said she can't see anything anywhere and questioned if I was pregnant . I'm so stressed out Has anyone else had this? I get my bloods back in a few days
