Anyone else been prescribed progesterone to help regulate very irregular cycles? How did it affect your AF? I've had unbearable cramps, nauseous, flu like symptoms and random brown spotting. I took a pregnancy test this morning and it's negative, so it's not that. And I'm on cycle day 49 today...
