Feeling empty💔 (miscarriage after Mirena)

We conceived 1 month after getting my IUD removed. After reading many stories about "post IUD miscarriage"online I became very anxious and started praying that I would have a healthy pregnancy and birth a healthy baby. Yesterday afternoon I noticed some light spotting, I had no cramping so was still hoping baby was ok. This morning I went in for an ultrasound and they found no heart beat😢

I was supposed to be 8 weeks and 4 days but baby still measured the same as last week.

My heart broke💔💔💔 My little one is gone.

D&C; scheduled in a couple of days. OB talked about trying again when my husband and I are ready but I'm scared of going through this again.

Anyone experience a similar loss after Mirena?
