Grandma worries

Even tho this is my 4th pregnancy after a miscarriage this yr, my mom has always been the type that says don't talk about the baby until he's here...EX: I can't wait to see who he looks like, or he's gonna like me more lol it drives my mom crazy. She is also a huge fan of not buying the baby anything until your almost due because she said there's nothing like having a room all set up and etc and don't bring home a baby. I agree because my mom went thru it and truthfully it's a devastating thing. The only thing she is letting me do is have a baby shower close to my due date but as far as a crib and getting clothes and strollers right now, she's like hold off and continue to pray that he continues to grow healthy and happy them go from there. My husband don't agree but he's respecting it for now, as for my friends they have completely ignored that. I agree with my mom but I will not, not accept the gifts that ppl give me now, pregnancy is such a scary thing and I wish it wasn't but it's life. I'm so ready to get my bundle of love everything but I will hold off for jus a lil while longer.... prayers up for us all ladies. 16wks and counting, seems like time is going soooo slow, I want to kiss him already 😘
