TBT - Even skinny girls have cellulite
I've always been skinny, but struggled with excess fat. Didn't help getting in a major car accident. Stopped doing a lot physical activities and spent most of my time on the couch in front of the TV. So I reached out to my brother in law's friend, who referred me to a trainer. My goal was to get healthy and gain muscle mass. I'm 5'4" weighed 115lbs with 25% body fat. I was considered overweight because of my body fat %. Within 3 months I dropped down to 20% body fat and remained at 115lbs. I traded that fat for lean muscle. I kept working with my trainer for a few months after, and brought my weight up to 120lbs and 19%. I love the way I feel, more energy and self confidence. Those out there struggling with their health, you can do it! Its an investment to a better you.
