***Viewer Discretion*** blood or just what she ate??

Today my daughter had had two diapers with poop this color. I know I gave her some dark pink colored frosting off a cupcake yesterday which is what makes me think it could be from that but this looks more red to me. I wouldn’t think a bloody diaper would look like this tho...help???

It could be from the frosting or if she ate something else red but I say try and get her in with her doctor ASAP just to be safe!

Looks like normal baby poop just red. Seems to just be icing. I think if she was bleeding the color would be darker and more watery. I'd keep an eye on it anyway and if it continues for the next 2 days to go to the doctor.

It probably was the icing but can't be for sure. How much of the icing did she eat ?

That's fairly startling, did she eat a lot of icing? I would see if you can email a pic to your pediatrician.
