2 day period

ok ladies so I've been having a problem af. June I got my nexplanon removed. af pretty much stopped when I got on it. I only had it for 8 months. well af was back to normal. usually af is short 3-4 days since I was 13. well last month I had a 2 day period it was heavy and then just stopped. this month I got it 2 days ago it wasn't heavy but it was there I needed a pad. I don't know what's going on. has anyone had this happen? I plan on going to a doctor but I'm moving in a week to be home for 4 months while my husband is changing his job then we move again to his new duty station. It's just so strange
