what could this be??

I inserted my tampon Tuesday morning and took it out Wednesday morning (I'm aware how dumb and gross this is). Now it's Tuesday and I constantly feel like I have to pee even when I barely do pee.. its like a pressure all the time. I'm uncomfortable. A couple hours ago I peed and the worst burning pain occurred (sometimes it hurts down there too but my not so much my vagina). I've been feeling really bummy and gross today and just tired and moody. I almost feel sick but not enough to call it a fever. Which makes me think it can't be TSS.
