Got caught

My parents saw an unused condom somewhere in my dress just now but that condom was left there last July 4th lol. So they know now that I have sex with my boyfriend and I’m scared. They gave me pregnancy warnings already before. But I didn’t listen. Idk what I would tell them later cause I’m pretty sure that they’ll give me a talk again. I’m not preggy though. I’m 19 turning 20 next week
