At how many weeks should you register at the hospital??

I’m 30 weeks 2 days & my doctors hasn’t mention anything about going to get registered at the hospital I’m suppose to be giving birth?? My sister had the same doctor and he didn’t say anything as well and she went on her own. But I want to make sure when I should go at how many weeks??

My doctor put a form in the welcome package and I mailed it in. I believe I was only 12 weeks.

The nurse did my initial paperwork at my first appointment at 8 weeks. I'm going to finish it when I tour the maternity ward around 28 weeks.

I started the pre register online around 34 or 35 weeks and now here I am at 37 and still haven't gone in to finish the paper work 😂
