Practical baby bag?

What exactly do you have/need in your everyday diaper bag? I’m really not trying to carry around luggage 😂. I just want to be minimal and practical

Diapers, wipes, extra outfit, formula, bottle, hand sanitizer! My babies both had reflux so I would bring 2 outfits, sometimes 3. Also if you breastfeed, you may not need formula; but may want to add a nursing cover and breast pads. Also, a blanket!

Diapers, wipes, empty bottle and formula for emergencies, extra outfit, hand sanitizer, extra pacifier, zip lock bag for accidents. Might have some Tylenol and burp cloth but usually I just keep a changing pad, diaper and wipes in car w an xtra onesie and blankets that way I never really HAVE to bring my diaper. Ag out unless I really have to. Like she's due to eat or something.

Like 3 diapers(extra in the car), travel size wipes, travel hand sanitizer, 1 outfit(1 extra in the car), like 1 toy for the baby, 1 burp cloth or even a washcloth, and a bottle with premeasured formula in it so you can make on the go( if you're nursing you can skip this one)

large zip lock bags for diaper blowouts and messy clothes, wipes, diapers, antibacterial hand foam, arm n hammer baggies for dirty diapers (no one wants a stinky diaper thrown away at their house when you're visiting friends or family), extra binkies, extra outfit, nursing cover, car seat canopy, if you breastfeed bottles & milk w/ an ice pack (if you're pumping), formula/plastic formula cannister, breast pads (if you're breastfeeding)..... if I think of more I'll come back LOL

I have diapers, wipes, burp cloths,extra clothes and socks, rash cream, pads, small bottle of water for me, I breast feed so extra breast pads, hand held pump, storage bags.
