I'm going crazy 😢

i feel like my symptoms are disappearing, I will be 8 weeks Sunday...couple of days I have being feeling weird no pain at all, just sore breast,mood swings and some cramping but the morning sickness, dizziness, very tired/sleppy just disappeared...no pain at all, just I keep thinking that I rather have all symptoms, than being worried 😟😟
