Gender selection IVF?

Just out of curiosity, I was wondering if anyone here has gone through IVF with PGD to select a preferred sex of baby.

More specifically any women who haven’t had trouble getting pregnant but wanted a boy or girl specifically and went through it?

What was the process like? How much was it? (I saw estimates) If you had no problems getting pregnant naturally was there a difference in the process?

I assume because it’s a relatively new method, there isn’t much info available online.
