Has anyone ever experienced food poisoning while pregnant ? I've been throwing up and having abdominal pain since earlier today..... literally a couple hours after I ate! Was wondering if I should go tot he hospital and what was your guys experience with it?! I'm a FTM and I'm freaking out and don't know if I should call labor and delivery and get advice or just head right in.
