So this is a little strange...

I have very regular periods. They last exactly 5 days, no more, no less. I even know what time of day I'll usually start. My last one ended two days ago. Completely ended and completely normal. In the middle of the night (literally minutes ago) I woke suddenly, from a nightmare. I was all sweaty and got up to go to the bathroom... there's blood as if I started my period, again. I felt silly, but checked with a mirror to see if there was something visibly wrong and nothing. Has this happened to anyone, ever? I'm still kinda baffled (and still half asleep). It just seems so weird😳
