4 month regression or teething
My 4 month old has been waking every 2/3 hours at night fussing. She had been sleeping all night up until about 1 week ago. I am not sure if she is going through the 4 month sleep regression or if this is due to her teething. She is growing 2 teeth and the moment. How can I tell the difference and what does everyone else do to sooth their baby in the middle of the night?
