Weird period???

Hey ladies! So I’m on birth control (the pill) & I always get my period on either the night of my second placebo pill or the morning of my third one and that happened to be Wednesday. Normally my first 2 days of my period require me to wear a super tampon and I can go through about 4 of them in a day. Wednesday was exactly like that but since then, I haven’t had a drop of blood on my pads in the morning and when I have worn a tampon, there isn’t even enough blood to make it expand a little bit. It just covers the outer layer. Normally my period lasts about 5-6 days. I’ve been super stressed lately with work and school so I’m hoping I just need to relax and chill out a little. Anyone else experience this before?? It’s only happened to me once or twice before.
