Hi all, have been TTC for over 18 months now

Hi all, have been TTC for over 18 months now. Had a laparoscopy two months ago and just got these, literally cannot believe it! I’m so so so happy. My hubby isn’t going to be home for about 3 hours and I’m trying to act normal over text with him.

All of a sudden, I’ve reminded myself that one of my tubes is blocked and yesterday, after going to the toilet for a you know what, I wiped my front and had some pink on the tissue. Should I be concerned or just let it go as it as and see what happens? Nothing has happened since, no more pink or bleed. Just a constant weird feeling crampy pain!
