Help me progress my labor
I'm having contractions, they are 12 minutes apart, 45 seconds long and my water has not broken.
Also I am dilated to 3cm.
I'm so tired and so crampy. Just really want to get him out at this point lol
Anyone have any ideas?
& Please don't say sex. Everyone says it and I just can do IT anymore lol
