Shooting pain left side

Hi ladies, I’ve had 2 miscarriages and thought I had conceived after my first AF after the second miscarriage. I had brown spotting instead of period but no BFP. Period arrived 23 days later which is very early for me. Assuming a very early chemical pregnancy.

Now at the end of my period, I have shooting pains in my left side of abdomen. I’ve had pains across my stomach, the doc said I have to let it settle but it’s freaking me out. Anyone else experience this? X
