Low heart rate 😔 Very Worried

I had my first ultrasound at 8 weeks & the heart rate wasn't as high as they would like 106bpm ☹️ They like it to be over 120bpm. I don't see my doctor until Tuesday to discuss. Just wondering if anyone else has had this or know why it would be low? Any thoughts would be great tia ❤️
