Facing myomectomy

Hi I have 3 large fibroids and I'm 41. I have always wanted a child but my current boyfriend isn't ready. Yay. Anyway, my doctor is recommending myomectomy. I've been looking at all the different options- surgical & non-surgical-All seem scary. I'd like to remain able to conceive & carry a child.

Wondering anyone's experience with this procedure- myomectomy...

& would you recommend it?

Other than childbearing, did you feel physically better after having it?

I'm hoping it's like a weight lifted.

Also, how long was your recovery times?
