cramps :(
my cramps are SO horrible, i feel hopeless. nothing eases them up, i've tried midol, heating pads, natural remedies.... i can't get on birth control either bc my father would FREAK OUT, please help!!!!! they're so so so bad i can't do ANYTHING!! i feel so helpless :( any advice would help
