Cystic acne- ugh.

Anyone else suffering from cystic acne? It's new for me, I've had cystic acne on my back as a teenager but never on my face and never this bad. I'm certain it's related to my cycle as it's the worst after I ovulate and through my period and then lets up (for a fucking week 🙄) once my period is done. Also my cycles have suddenly shifted from 28 days to 40+ days...

Any recommendations on how to treat this? Any products that have worked well for you? I've tried natural remedies and nothing is working.
