Back pain?!

Question

Is anyone else experiencing bad back pain. My obgyn gave me some medicine for my back when it hurts, well I have been taking it the past 2 days and my back is still killing me but it seems like it’s only on 1 side which is my lower right side of my back...y’all think it could be my baby staying in one spot

I have since 11 weeks, mine is much better now at 17 weeks after regular visits to a chiro. I would highly recommend seeing one to help with back pain as it's the best thing I've done this pregnancy! Just make sure you tell them you are pregnant at your first appointment 😊

Back pain is normal! It only gets worse unfortunately

couple of suggestions! as a chronic back pain sufferer this is what's helped me: Epsom salt baths! making sure to sit with legs uncrossed. wear supportive shoes. sleep with a body pillow between your knees (or under knees if still lying on your back). laying in child's pose.
