My period is literally 68 days late!!

I dont use birth control, or condoms.

Im actually trying to get pregnant.

I took a urine test, came back negative.

Went to a doctor got lab work done, came back negative.

Only thing my doctor did was prescribe mononessa birth control pills to try and regulate my period.

Does anyone have a clue what else i can do or try? Or whats going on?
